When you see a beauty pageant like Bb. Pilipinas 2008 Ms World you immediately know that the winner of this pageant will be the one who would represent our country in the Ms. World Pageant against hundreds of pretty ladies from different countries who are competing for the Title of Ms World.
You need not one but two qualities to earn a chance in this pageant, Beauty and Brains.. Yes I believe that the recent winner of Bb. Pilipinas 2008 Janina San Miguel has the looks to appeal the judges, those smile and that stature of a body but one thing I noticed she lacks the brains and the etiquette to answer questions given to her.
