Professionals being unprofessionals

I’ve been to 2 companies already working as a graphic designer for print media and a web designer/linkbuilder for a web development company, and I was amazed of the professionalism that differs between the last 2 companies I have worked for.

The first company was very much keen on its employees benefits, at that time I wasn’t spending a dime for my SSS,GSIS and  other tax payments as the said company shouldered everything and you get your work pay in full. While the other company has a higher work wage and they deduct taxes on your pay which is a normal way.

But in terms of professionalism I prefer my old company over the new one. For a simple reason that their are no back biters or hard feelings brewing over. As with my previous company, there are workers or employees or even ex-comployees who still harbor hate toward that company as you can see on this site “Previous Company.

I really don’t know whats happening back there but its a shame to see professionals being un professional in their work ethichs and behaviors. I too admit that I have been in this situation before being impulsive and just typing @ those keys on my keyboards and telling everybody about my former employees reaction which I then put in into cyberspace via my websites. Guess everyone has its chance and oppurtunities to be in the limelight even if the risk is that great.

Can you professionals act this way?

This is the second time I encountered this, the first one was with a different company but I wasn’t even working there. It was all about personal attacks on the company and the head hunchos there.
