Blogging Time

August 12 2008.. this I will never forget, worst experience I had during lunch time, when out to eat at MAX Fried Chicken near SM Delgado. Since we arrived early i was expecting the order that we took would take as little as 20 minutes to wait which is alright for me since my office is just a five minute walk to the restaurant.

We arrived settled in and the waiter took our orders stating that one of our orders would only take 15 minutes and i was comfortable with that but alas.. we waited for almost 45 minutes for our order and yet nothing has been served I had already drank 2 glasses of ice tea just waiting for our orders.

I don’t know what kind of management service do this people have since I have been a customer of max since my childhood days and even up to now eating at their other branch in SM City.

Due to the long wait we decided to cancel our orders since I notice that some of the customers who arrived after us already have their orders brought up to them. I’m really disappointed with the service at their Delgado branch. I ended up eating a cup of noodles for lunch!

To be honest never will I ever again eat at that branch.
