Blogging Time

A friend recently gave me insights on what to write about or not to write about. I guess its their opinion or choice as to make sure its a balance idea, which is a good suggestion, but sometimes we need to have a good or bad idea or even a one sided discussion as to have feedbacks or comments and to see what really transpires in a given situations.

A comment is something worthwhile as it could easily give insights for both parties, may it be bad or good a reaction is still a good way to be able to understand both parties. Although I admit its a one sided post but where do you think I could get the other half of the information as it was a discussion between employer and employee.
