Sunday @ the MAKI - not a good experience

Sunday is always a day for relaxation with your family, being together and having dinner either home or outside yet this Sunday wasn’t much relaxing for me and I didn’t enjoy my dinner.

We agreed to have dinner at MAKI, located at diversion road just before the entrance to smallville.  The place is usually crowded due to its services and the owner is a well know chef.

But today I did not expect that I could not be treated to a comfortable service. Well our family tried the unlimited bento bento which is your eat all you can bento package. We each get a form, write down our names and check the corresponding foods to be serve for us.Yet when they started serving I notice they don’t seem to ask who order who and what, they just serve the food and let the customers figure out what they ordered. Which doesn’t constitute a good service.

Also what got my attention is that, when the waiter served one of the soup his finger skims the top of the soup itself, another minus factor for the service, then one thing really change my insights about their service is that, the orders that was taken got mixed up, my order was delivered to my father and on top of that when they delivered the correct order for my father and I took my order which was mistakenly delivered to my father, the food in that bento box wasn’t even complete, and who would ever eat a tempura without the sauce?

I have to rewrite my orders once again so that they could properly serve me the correct food that I choose.

All this really didn’t make me enjoy my dinner.

To the MAKI management hope you could make good with your services.
