Weird Office Policy.

Posted by hteodosio on Mar-3-2008

I have to rant about this today as it is really annoying for me, I arrived at the office to begin my work, turned my pc on and started to type my password then I notice I couldn’t see well cause its kinda dark in our area. I instantly check the switch to make sure its turned on, but to my surprise it is turned on.

So then I check wether it is the right switch and viola it is… so it amazed me why its still dark in our area, so I check the light bulb to see why and my findings found out that there is no light bulb.

I wondered why this happened? Its already near 9 am here and come to think of it, you are like working during at night with just your lamp shade on.

I’m beginning to think this is a new office policy. “Turn the lights off to conserve electrical bills” or “Unscrew the light bulb to prevent usage of electricity

    Question for you Bro,

why not conserve electricity? we need that because we already have a microwave.. When in standby (just plugged in… waiting) it consumes 3.5 watts of electricity. When heating stuff up at full power (it’s always at full power) it consumes 1250 watts…. :)

    Question to “Mystery Office”
Do we need that???? i think a coffee maker should be wise thing to buy…. not Microwave!!
