Back at the office and back to work. This past days wasn’t pleasant for me as I was experiencing running nose and hard cough, had my medical check-up to see whats wrong or the reason for my sickness.

There I was diagnosed to have an acute sinusitis and acute bronchitis.

Acute sinusitis is the inflammation of the sinuses which is triggered by allergies, smoking, virus or bacteria, while acute bronchitis, an inflammation of the bronchial tubes made by breathing irritating fumes, such as those of tobacco smoke or polluted air, and it is also a contagious disease.
